What do our mates want? Well the good ones simply want you. To spend time with you, to talk with you to learn how you’re feeling and to truly connect in this thing we call life. Large portions of life can be very lonely and loneliness is a significant cause of depression these days. Rising prices, inflation, these all add to the stress and strife and they don’t have to. There’s no rule book that says you have to spend a certain amount for those that you love every year.
Make Valentine’s Day more than hallmark holiday. No cards no candy no flowers just the true gift of you and your time and your attention to the people that you love to tell them you appreciate them you love them you’re concerned about them and you want the best for them.
