Backstory:
Hot Springs Village Venues is a local program dedicated to the things to do and places to play and wonderful people of Hot Springs Village AR. This podcast is run by Dennis Simpson. We are happy to answer any questions about this beautiful place we love called Hot Springs Village AR. Additionally Dennis produces a show for KVRE Radio every Saturday at 9 am (CST) and can be heard live on IHeart Radio or streamed from Spotify at www.hsv-radio.com
As the world’s largest gated community Hot Springs Village AR is 26,000 acres, nine golf courses 11 lakes 29 miles of hiking trails and roughly 18,000 of the nicest people you’ll see on this planet. Statistics don’t really tell the whole story. Watch our videos, listen to our podcast, browse our website, and then when all else fails just come see us :). OK maybe they don’t have to be in that order, maybe you can just call or click over to www.ddvillageprop.com to see any of our Lakefront rentals with hot tubs, kayaks, pet friendly and very reasonable nightly rates.
Dennis and Diana Simpson live on the beautiful shores of Lake Desoto. We enjoy the magnificent beauty and the super nice people that live here in Hot Springs Village. Someone asked me one time why I liked living in the village? Good question because I am a local guy just about 20 miles down the road in Benton AR. I said that it’s wonderful all the adults live in Hot Springs Village. However, there is the occasional Karen, with all apologies to Karen’s everywhere. Hot Springs Village and its balance of price, beauty, security, and super nice people is for exploring. We are people who love to be outgoing spend time outdoors and be good to their neighbors. It literally is a modern day Mayberry.
