I am Dennis Simpson, Having the time of my Life in Hot Springs Village AR. My story, like 95% of everyone in the Village our story is unique and worth a quick read. I am not unique in that way, as EVERYONE in HSV has a story that is compelling and amazing. That is why in 2019 I started a Podcast called Hot Springs Village Venues. My lovely and AMAZINGLY supportive wife and red dog “scraps” live on the stunning shores of Lake Desoto. You may be interested in my other activities. President of the Hot Springs Village Townhome Owners Association, We are in the middle of a huge system wide update of the 17 courts. New Logos (thanks Dannet Botkin at Design Group Consulting) for all her hard work. I own a Telephone and Technology Company (for the last 31 years) Total Tech of AR for all your business and personal needs. Finally, our Short Term Rentals, all on the shores of Lake Desoto and our vacant lot sales company D & D Village Properties. In my SPARE time I make a weekend radio show on KVRE 92.9 here in Hot Springs Village, AR. Other than all these things we (Diana and I) sit on the couch and eat Bon Bon’s.
